SAN BRUNO, Calif. -- Sterling Shuster was named the West Coast Conference Player of the Week, the league office announced Monday.

Shuster led LMU by hitting .500 (10-for-20), with one home run, 10 RBIs, four runs, a .650 slugging percentage and .565 on base percentage in seven games last week.
