Brittany Bassett Earns PCSC Player Of The Week Honors

Loyola Marymount's Brittany Bassett has been selected as this week's Pacific Coast Softball Conference Player of the Week. The freshman led the Lions to a 3-0 performance against Saint Mary's on Sunday, going 8-for-10 in the three games. Bassett also added five RBI, two doubles, one run scored, and a 1.00 slugging percentage on the weekend. In game one, Bassett went 3-for-3. Her weekend batting average of .800 moved her to the top of the PCSC in batting average.
