Briefly... Maggie Brophy is in her fourth season with LMU swimming...
At LMU... 2006... continued as LMU's top mid-distance freestyler, securing victories in 200, 500, and 1000 yard freestyle events throughout the season... claimed a critical double victory in the 500 and 1000 yard freestyle events against San Diego, helping the Lions to their second consecutive dual meet victory over the Toreros... placed fifth at the PCSC Championship in the 500 freestyle and won the consolation final in the 200 freestyle with a personal best time and new LMU program record (until broken by teammate Katie Hicks two heats later)... also placed 10th in the 100 freestyle at the PCSC Championship and swam on the third place 400 and 800 yard freestyle relays... repeated as the winner of the Freestyle Event at the LMU Pentathlon against CSUN and Pepperdine... 2005... had an impressive freshman year, setting school records in the 200, 500, and 1000 freestyle throughout the season... went undefeated in the 200 freestyle in dual meet competition and placed sixth at the PCSC Championship in that event . . . also placed fourth at the PCSC Championship in the 500 freestyle with a new school record of 5:05.96 and won the consolation heat, placing ninth in the 100 freestyle with a personal best time of 53.38... was a member of the school record-setting 800 freestyle relay (7:42.68) and 400 freestyle relay (3:33.39) teams at the PCSC Championship... won the freestyle title at the LMU Pentathlon...
