On the heels of a Senior Day day performance that saw her win three individual events and add a valuable leg to a winning relay, senior Hannah Calton has been named Pacific Collegiate Swimming and Diving Conference (PCSC) Athlete of the Week.

The honor is the fifth of the season for LMU, as Calton has earned the selection three times, and freshman Lanna Kozlowski and senior Stacy Maier have been named once, including Maier's nod last week.

Swimming in her final home meet of her career on Saturday afternoon against Claremont-Mudd-Scripps, Calton, won the 100 and 200 butterfly events while also adding a first-place finish in the 100 freestyle. She registered a time of 2:04.84 in the 200 fly before posting a time of 52.45 in the 100 freestyle. She finished her individual events with the top honor in the 100 fly, stopping the clock at 56.70. Calton was then joined by fellow seniors, Maier and Lia Jorgensen along with freshman Taylor Anderson to earn LMU’s final victory of the afternoon in the 400 freestyle relay.

The Lions will now prepare for the PCSC Time Trials on January 28.
