2011... appeared in all 30 matches playing in 110 sets for the Lions, working primarily at libero... notched a total of 180 digs at a rate of 1.64 per set to place fourth on the team... recorded at least five digs in 10 out of 11 games ... dished-out 18 assists, while recording two assists five separate times... WCC All-Academic Honorable Mention

2010...appeared in all 112 sets for the Lions, working primarily at libero... notched a team-best 324 digs at a rate of 2.89 per set to place 10th in the WCC... served-up two aces... dished-out 55 assists, including a season-high six at UC Irvine on October 8... season and career-best 27 digs came at Irvine that same night... notched both of her kills for the season against Bucknell on August 28... posted 137 digs in conference play alone, averaging 2.74 digs per set... both of her aces came against WCC foes as she posted one against Portland and San Diego... WCC fall All-Academic selection...

2009... appeared in 101 sets and all 29 matches for the Lions as a sophomore... working primarily at libero, she posted a team-best 248 digs at a rate of 2.46 per set... collected a season-high 20 digs in back-to-back matches on August 29 at TCU and September 4 versus Idaho... lone kill of her season came against Boise State on September 12... notched 30 assists and nine service aces... dished-out a season-best three assists on three occasions... posted a pair of aces against TCU on August 29 and against Gonzaga on November 5... averaged .09 aces per set... garnered WCC All-Academic honorable mention for her work in the classroom...

2008... appeared in 29 matches and 93 sets for the Lions as a freshman... served-up four aces and dished-out 16 assists on the year... managed 146 digs at a rate of 1.57 per set... collected her only block of the season, an assist, on November 1 versus then-No. 24 Santa Clara... claimed a season-best 11 digs on two occasions, versus San Jose State on September 13 and at Portland on November 15... notched a personal-best two aces against Appalachian State on September 6... her dig total placed her fourth on the team and first in terms of freshmen... managed 62 of her digs in conference matches, posting a 1.38 digs per set mark...

HIGH SCHOOL
A 2008 graduate of Central Catholic High School in Portland, Ore... was a three-year varsity letterwinner and three-time All-League selection... named first team All-State Tournament as a senior and honorable mention as a junior... guided her squad to second-place finishes at the State Tournament as a sophomore and junior, and a third-place finish in her senior campaign... garnered Mount Hood League Co-MVP in her final year... a member of the Portland Volleyball Club Team... was a member of the National Honor Society... also played tennis and basketball in high school, and was voted Conference Player of the Year as a senior in tennis...

Lauren Michelle DeGrandmont was born October 5, 1989, in Portland, Ore... daughter of Mary Jo and Keith DeGrandmont... has one sister and one brother, Kristin and Brian... Kristin plays soccer at Pepperdine... also recruited by the University of Oregon, Portland State, Seattle University and Claremont McKenna, but chose LMU because she wants to continue her catholic education and strives to pursue the challenge that LMU provides academically, athletically, mentally and emotionally... an accounting major.
