Alexandra Honny is in her fourth and final year of collegiate water polo at LMU after a record-setting season as a sophomore, becoming just the second Lion to crack 80 goals in a season... she is a two-time All-American... enters senior season ranked fifth all-time with 207 carer goals, fourth with 83 career assists, fourth with 189 career steals, sixth with 126 career kick outs drawn and ninth with 363 shot attempts... played club water polo for CHAWP, coached by Greg Salvinski...

At LMU... 2013... continues to climb up record book thanks to scoring a team-high 71 goals as a junior... the goal total ranks fifth all-time for a single season... added a career-best 39 assists, which is tied for sixth all-time for assists in a single season... also had 60 kick outs drawn and 86 steals, which ranked third all-time for a single season... she played all 33 games, scoring in 29 of those games and earning double-digit goals in 21 games... scored seven goals for the fifth time in her career, doing it against Colorado St. (3/16/13)...she had nine goals, four assists, eight steals and eight kick outs drawn in the WWPA Championships... 2012...... followed up stellar freshman season with an even better sophomore campaign, earning third-team All-American, first-team All-WWPA and First-Team WWPA All-Tournament team honors by leading the Lions with 88 goals, which ranked third all-time in LMU history... she scored 11 goals in the NCAA tournament and nine in the WWPA tournament... had 26 games with two or more goals and became just the second Lion in program history to score six or more goals multiple times in a season, doing it four times... she added 66 steals, 20 assists and 15 field blocks... the 66 steals is ranked seventh for a single season, and her 11 steals against Pomona-Pitzer in the NCAA tournament is a program record... her 15 field blocks is ranked sixth for a single season...2011... had a breakout freshman season with 48 goals on 93 attempts, which was third on the team... added 36 steals, 26 kickouts drawn and 24 assists in playing all 35 games... had 14 games with two or more goals...
High School... Graduated from Arlington High School in Riverside, Calif., in June of 2010... a four-year letter winner in both swimming and water polo... was a four-year all-league selection in water polo and a two-time selection in the 200-free and 500-free, winning the two events her final two years at Arlington... for the water polo team, she was team captain her junior and senior seasons and earned All-CIF honors for three seasons, earning second-team Division-3 honors in 2008, and first-team Division-5 honors in 2009 and 2010... was named CIF Division-5 MPV, helping Arlington to CIF Championship in 2010... was INland Valley League MVP in 2009 and 2010...
