LOS ANGELES – Loyola Marymount is set for their second conference road game in as many weeks as the No. 12 Lions (10-10, 1-0 GCC) travel south to face No. T-21 San Diego State (5-8, 1-0 GCC) on Saturday. The 4 p.m. match at Aztec Aquaplex will give LMU an opportunity to begin 2-0 in the Golden Coast Conference for the first time since Head Coach Kyle Witt’s team won the conference in 2014.

Cal Baptist joins the Lions and Aztecs as the only three programs to win their first conference game of the season, with Azusa Pacific and Pacific yet to play.

SDSU enters the match having lost all four games against ranked opponents at the Barbara Kalbus Invitational to close out February. Friday’s game will be the first home game of the season for the Aztecs. Live stats will be available on theFOSH at the link above.

This will also be the final game away from campus before the Lions make their home debuts for the LMU Invitational on March 16-17. The 16-game two-day tournament features four home games for the Lions at Burns Aquatics Center.
