New Faces Bring Diverse Background

LMU men’s basketball added four new faces to the roster heading into the 2016-17 season, and they bring a very diverse background to the Lions’ roster. The LMU Sports Network caught up with the four newcomers and talked the them about being #LIONSTRONG.

Lion Named to British National Team

Ashley Hamilton, who scored 1,172 points and grabbed 654 rebounds in his career with LMU men’s basketball, has been one of 24 players named by British Basketball for this summer’s Eurobasket 2017 Qualification games.

Black, USA Olympic Team Gear Up for Rio

U.S. Women’s National Team Head Coach Karch Kiraly and his staff, including LMU head coach Tom Black, have selected a roster with four Olympic veterans and eight players who will be making their first appearances on the grandest sporting stage. The roster was announced on July 12.

Final Honors of 2015-16 Wraps-Up Banner Year

For the first time in school history, LMU athletics produced a pair of programs that advanced to their respective NCAA Sweet 16. The postseason success of women's volleyball and women's soccer highlighted a successful 2015-16 year.
